One of the problems with J-porn that no one ever discusses is the tragedy of BDS: blurry dick syndrome. 99% of J-porn male, futa, and shemale porn actors, both live and hentai, suffer from BDS. Japan needs the rest of the world's help to cure BDS though the process of de-censoring.
