You may well call it enjoyable , but I am sure that many would not share those sentiments. In many ways I am their worst nightmare something that I often tell them when chatting to give them advanced warning. Of course as you rightly say , having suffered myself , I know limits and can draw on those experiences and make it so much worse for them. My mantra is ''be careful what you wish for '' , especially on sites like this when people are often in fantasy mode and have little idea about real pain , suffering and servitude.

Not recently as I have been a Mistress for some years , so obviously now doing the inserting on a regular basis.
